You can have a voice and become a serious player in an exciting new industry trade association - Consumer Health Alliance (CHA). Now, more than ever, your membership in CHA is critical to securing the longevity and continued prosperity of the discount health care industry. Please take a moment to carefully read the enclosed materials on how CHA can benefit your company and then submitting your membership application as soon as possible. Although we are hopeful that you will participate at the Full Voting level, membership at any level will help support these important initiatives.

It is the primary intent of the Consumer Health Alliance to:

•	Create a structure by which the industry has a unified voice to address governmental concerns, whether local, state or national

•	Develop a means to support and fund the lobbying and legal efforts determined by the association Board of Directors to serve the best interest of Consumer Health Alliance and its members

•	Educate consumers, providers, government and business sectors about the concepts and advantages of products and services provided by members and their benefits

•	Require member companies to allow consumers to receive a refund if they change their mind after they have had a chance to review their program.

We are issuing this "call to action" to all members of the discount health plan community to join with your colleagues to help build this organization, promote common business interests and improve the overall business climate for the industry.
